Meet Our Healthy Living Team
We are here to support the Tribe and surrounding community in leveraging healthy living practices as part of their healthcare. We aim to make it fun, approachable, and meaningful.
Lifestyle medicine prevents and treats prediabetes, diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease and a vast range of health concerns.
Nutrition, physical activity, social connection, relaxation practices, and sleep provide the baseline for the lifestyle medicine approach. Through our group classes and individualized appointments, we hope to empower you in your journey towards health and longevity.
