How to get a COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

Cow Creek Public Health continues to offer COVID-19 vaccines and booster shots to any member of the public five-days-a-week.

CCPH administers adult (age 18 and older) Moderna vaccines and boosters on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9AM-1PM (last dose at 12:45PM) at the Mobile Vaccine Drive-Thru Site, located at 2360 NE Stephens Street in Roseburg, across the street from the Cow Creek Tribal Government Offices. No appointments are required.

CCPH administers pediatric (ages 5-11) Pfizer vaccines on Fridays from from 9AM-1PM (last dose at 12:45PM) at the Mobile Vaccine Drive-Thru Site, located at 2360 NE Stephens Street in Roseburg, across the street from the Cow Creek Tribal Government Offices. No appointments are required.

If you are an established patient of Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center, you may also make an appointment to receive your vaccine or booster on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 8AM-5PM at our Roseburg clinic, located at 2589 Edenbower Boulevard. Call (541) 672-8533 and press #3 (for the Roseburg clinic) to make an appointment.

Vaccines and boosters are free of charge.

How to get a COVID-19 Vaccine or Booster

COVID-19 tests are available to patients of Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center, as well as UIDC and Cow Creek Government employees. Call (541) 672-8533 and press #3 (for the Roseburg clinic) to make an appointment to be tested.
