Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center Pharmacy Grand Opening – March 11

Join us from 10 AM – 12 PM on March 11 at the north campus of the Cow Creek Health and Wellness Center (CCH&WC) for the Grand Opening of the new pharmacy!

Who can use the CCH&WC Pharmacy?

Any established patient at CCH&WC can use the pharmacy, and anyone can become a patient, not just Tribal members or Tribal employees!

What if I use a different pharmacy?

CCH&WC patients can request to have their prescriptions transferred from their previous pharmacy to the new CCH&WC pharmacy at no cost.

How do I become a patient?

Pick up and fill out a New Patient Packet from the front desk at either of our clinic campuses, or download one by clicking here, print it and fill it out, and bring it in to our medical reception team at a clinic.

Will my insurance cover it?

CCH&WC accepts almost all insurances, as well as Medicare and Medicaid, and that applies to prescriptions at the CCH&WC pharmacy too.

Will I need to wait for my prescription?

With the pharmacy located in the north campus, patients can fill their prescriptions right after appointments, reducing wait times and improving continuity of care. Our pharmacists can review lab results and other clinical information to ensure that medications are prescribed safely and effectively.

When is the pharmacy open?

The pharmacy will be open Monday through Friday from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM.

What services does the pharmacy offer?

The CCH&WC pharmacy will be a full-service, patient-centered pharmacy offering prescription services for all medication needs, personalized medication consultations, and education on safe and effective medication use.
