A message from Russ Cox, Education coordinator,
Pée túu, Nahánkʰuotana, kʰwìnax’si!
In 2023, I attended the Southern Oregon Trade Careers Conference and was impressed by the number of employers, vendors, and trade program representatives present. This career fair returns to Seven Feathers Casino Resort this Fall, and is an ideal opportunity for current or curious job seekers to learn about training programs and explore employment opportunities with top employers across the region and state. There are so many vendors to connect with, from government to private sector services. Every demographic, including high school students, adults, active military/veterans, and their spouses are encouraged to attend!
This event provides hands-on experiences and career connections for high school and college students, and adult job seekers, across industries such as construction, manufacturing, agriculture, transportation, professional services, and more. See all industries on the Exhibitors page.
For High School Students: 11th and 12th graders can engage in interactive, hands-on activities and explore career paths in trade, certified, and professional fields.
For College Students: Connect with industry experts and explore career opportunities in your area of study.
For Adult Job Seekers: Meet employers actively hiring, explore new career paths, and bring your resume to take advantage of valuable networking opportunities.
