Poor oral health has been linked to heart disease, diabetes, respiratory infections, and even dementia.

Here is your chance to meet with a dental provider to get a free dental screening and preventive services if needed!

Preventative Dental Services for Adults and Children

• A chance to talk about any dental concerns
• Risk assessment check of teeth and gums
• Preventative services:
  • Fluoride treatments
  • Temporary treatment for dental pain
  • Teaching about nutrition
  • Sealants to protect against cavities
• Toothbrush kit with tooth care guide
• Help finding a dental care home

Advantage Dental OHP members may have access to additional services at these events.
