Wildfire season may have been delayed, but it’s here now

Cow Creek Tribal leadership, along with Public Safety Administrator Doug Ladd and Cow Creek Tribal Police, have prepared some tips for coping with wildfire season in Southern Oregon. They recommend the following actions that all families should take into consideration:

  1. Sign up for local emergency notifications
  2. Create defensible space by removing brush and trees from around the home
  3. Prepare a two-week ready kit
