2022 Cow Creek Veterans Informational Conference
The first day of the 2022 Annual Cow Creek Veterans Informational Conference was a big success.
Tribal veterans of the armed forces and representatives from veterans resources, behavioral health organizations, and more all met and networked together. Several Tribal Board members were in attendance, and Cow Creek Tribal staff led and organized presentations and discussions on culture, military service, trauma, and healing. Free giveaways and information on veterans benefits and support groups were provided, as all in attendance shared in conversations about helping veterans connect with help and resources in their area.
The conference will resume tomorrow, April 13, from 8 AM to 4 PM at Seven Feathers Casino Resort.
