Want to Quit Tobacco? Cow Creek Health & Wellness Can Help

Cow Creek Health and Wellness will launch a new informational lifestyle class in November to help those who want to quit using commercial tobacco.

The class will be taught by Cow Creek Health & Wellness Behavioral Health counselors, as well as the Dietetics team. It will be held on Wednesdays, from 2-3 PM, beginning on November 8. Join us at Village Station in Roseburg: 500 SE Cass Ave, Suite 110.

The class is open to the public, but is based in Native American and Indigenous teachings around keeping tobacco sacred.
