Cow Creek Behavioral Health is Moving!

Cow Creek Behavioral Health is excited to announce the move of their service location to Village Station in downtown Roseburg at this location:

This move will place Behavioral Health nearby other Cow Creek Tribal services to allow for more seamless care for patients.

The last appointments at our current location will be held on Wednesday, May 10th, and appointments at the new address will begin on Monday, May 15th.  Any patients in crisis during the two business days of closure can contact the office at (541) 677-8533 to speak with the Behavioral Health Consultant, or may visit the local Emergency Room in case of emergency.
